I'm Kathryn, a learning and performance consultant and coach. I help people and businesses unlock their potential and reach their goals.

At the heart of what I do is a belief in our power to change, to innovate and grow. It always starts with a curiosity, digging deep to unlock what the real challenge is and finding the ‘aha’ moment that brings about a change in understanding, behavior and performance.

My L&D journey started 25 years ago in the mid 90s, just as PCs first landed on peoples desks. It might sound far fetched now, when every part of our lives is touched by technology. But back then, it was a big change and for many people it challenged the way they worked and what was expected of them. I started running lunchtime clinics, where folks came with  the things that they were stuck on. We’d work out what their goal was, help them figure out the solution, and I’d then sit back with a big grin on my face as they had an ‘aha’ moment that they could do it themselves.

I was hooked, watching someone go from stuck, to 'aha', to 'I've got this'. And that ‘aha’ moment is what I’ve aimed for in every L&D initiative I’ve been involved in since. Whether it’s leading the delivery of large scale digital learning projects or designing learning and performance solutions for global organisations.

It’s this same passion to help people get unstuck and find the ‘aha’ moment that fuels my coaching work. Here I help people who are facing a pivot point in their lives get clear about the challenge they face and redesign their future, unlocking a mindset to help reach their potential.

Location

I'm based in Hampshire, with easy access to enough green space and muddy walks to keep me happy, but with the option of jumping on the train to Waterloo when the mood or need arises.
